About this course
Target Audience
This qualification is aimed at people who have a specific responsibility at work, to provide first aid in a range of emergency first aid situations. It is also an ideal introduction in basic first aid knowledge and skills that can provide a pathway to additional first aid qualifications.
Purpose and objectives of this qualification
The LASER Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work meets the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981 in respect of First Aid at work. The purpose of the qualification is to provide the knowledge, understanding and skills required to deal with a range of emergencies requiring first aid in the workplace.
